Mô Tả Công Việc
We are looking for a team member at Consultant position in our Real Estate
Consulting practice under Management Consulting in the Hanoi office
Real.
Estate consulting team delivers technical consulting, project management and
other value added services across the value chain of Real Estate development and
all stages of project lifecycle to some of the renowned real estate clients including
developers, construction contractors, etc
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliverable Management: Work along with the managers and team members
to support in delivering consulting solutions, working papers, reports and
presentations as per scope of work
• Engagement Management: Participate in project management activities such
as risk management, project planning, etc under guidance of team leaders.
Coordinate with client during engagement delivery and closing
• Research and Development: Contribute to and collate case study, market
research, updating on best practices, new technology, methodology in the
sector, market trends, competitor activity, new products, consulting services
• Business Development: Support in preparing materials for workshops,
proposals, thought leadership and other marketing initiatives as guided by the
managers
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience:
• The candidate should have about 1-2 years of professional working experience
• Having knowledge and experience in real estate and construction field is a plus
• Working in Big 4 and other Consulting Firm or having experience in Consulting projects will be an advantage
• Committed to pursue long term career in Real Estate sector
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelors/ Masters in engineering, science, business management or real estate related field (project management, civil engineer, construction management, architecture, property & facility management, etc.) from a reputed university
• Education from an overseas university would be an added advantage
Skills Required:
• Excellent command of verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese
• Proficiency in MS Office skills, preferably in MS Power Point and MS Excel
• Client service-oriented and accustomed to taking a proactive approach
• Proactive in taking initiatives, solving problems, taking ownership of own works
• Strong time management and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and function in a flexible manner and able to deal with work pressure
• Be a quick learner and demonstrate ability to adapt to change
• Drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service to the clients
• Team-oriented. Motivated and committed
• Attention to detail, quality consciousness and result-oriented
• Willing to travel as work demands within Vietnam and Cambodia
