Mô tả công việc
- To have a complete understanding of the cleaning procedures and do accordingly and adhering to the hotel and housekeeping department rules and regulations.
- To ensure the standards of cleanliness and orderliness of the working areas.
- To handle equipment, keys and supplies in proper way.
- To have a complete understanding of the room status, completing the information on the worksheet assignment and the different cleaning products and use them properly and economically.
- To report to the housekeeping supervisor any unusual incidents, complaints, missing or damaged hotel property immediately.
- To continuously study and evaluate the operation of housekeeping and suggest improvements to the Executive Housekeeper.
- To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned to meet business demands and guest service needs.
