The team
Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in Japan, India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.
The role
Responsibilities
The Accountant Staff will be under the supervision of Accounting Supervisor, and your responsibilities includes work across multiple areas of accounting as follows:
- Ensure all accounting documents are checked, prepared and approved properly and recognize them in the correct accounts.
- General responsibility in book-keeping and reporting of accounts receivable, accounts payable.
- Follow up with AR collection and AP payment and report to Chief Accountant.
- Maintaining the billing/Payment system.
- Generating invoices/ receiving invoices and account statements.
- Performing account reconciliations.
- Maintaining accounts receivable/ Account payable files and records.
- Producing monthly financial and management reports.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
- Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting & Auditing/ Economics or equivalent major.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance/ Accounting/ Auditing, preferred in AR/AP module.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting method.
- Knowledge of VAS, Tax, Labor law (for Social, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and Severance Allowance).
- Working knowledge of IFRS and J-SOX, SAP, Oracle Financials application would be advantageous.
- Able to organize, process and manage a large volume of transactions and documentation
- Proficiency in using basic software such as MS Excel, MS Word.
- Experience in using ERP, SAP is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English.

Với doanh số bán xe mỗi năm hàng nghìn chiếc và không ngừng tăng lên, cho thấy sự yêu mến và tin tưởng của quý khách hàng dành cho thương hiệu xe tải Hải Âu – Chenglong.
