, you will work collaboratively with cross- functional teams across different business segments, geographies, and cultures to establish a robust DEIB roadmap that aligns with FPT values and business objectives.

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care
• Use data- driven insights to identify gaps and opportunities, track the effectiveness of DEIB efforts and establish forecasting indicators.
• Ensure that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are embedded in all aspects of the organization’s culture, policies, and practices (i.e., recruiting, talent management, business processes)
• Establish and maintain cooperation with external organizations, commissions, research groups and networks to support the DEIB efforts and to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
• Research and study DEIB applies in external organizations, commissions from other research groups and networks to support the DEIB efforts and to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
• Conceptualize and implement DEIB training and education programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with management team to define the strategy, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and implement projects/campaigns under the DEIB strategy that aligns with the organization’s values and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with corporate communications and employer branding to raise internal and external awareness of the DEIB program.
• Liaise with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the success of each campaign.

Must Have:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor degree in the fields of social, societal or cultural sciences or related field
