Responsibilities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform quality and delivery efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third- party services.
• Design end- to- end solutions that include architectural diagrams, data models, security frameworks, and integration plans.
• Implement best practices for optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security best practices.
• Identify architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
• Communicate architectural decisions and rationale effectively to both technical and non- technical audiences.
• Make informed decisions on technology stack, frameworks, and infrastructure.
• Develop and define the overall architectural vision and strategy for the application platform.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Lead and mentor development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Align architectural strategy with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
• Stay up- to- date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
• Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Good command of English
• Experience with Azure
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large- scale application platforms
• Advanced knowledge of database systems (both SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, and data integration.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving capabilities.
• Have experience in .NET core is advantage
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as C.
• At least 8 years of experience in the software development, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code, containerization.
