About Us
Our team comes from APAC Regional Business, Global Business Solutions. We partner with key market partners across the APAC region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (including Product, Sales, Client Solutions, Marketing Science) to identify and scope out growth opportunities in assigned verticals and brand/performance advertisers, develop marketing narratives and collateral to unlock growth
- Partner with MarComs team to design messaging and content for external and internal scaled campaigns across APAC, focussing on clear strategies, measurable KPIs, and leverage insights from market research and campaign performance. Partner and collaborate with other marketing strategists regional and globally in order to leverage global resources and scale projects beyond APAC
- Knowing the broader ecosystem of media solutions inside-out (TikTok Shop, Branding, Measurement and Performance), understand latest trends and challenges in the industry in order to strategically elevate our messaging frameworks into clear, concise and easy to understand B2B language.
- Develop thought leadership to inspire the industry on how to better measure and reach their marketing objectives on TikTok. Partner closely with the wider marketing team to lead the execution of comprehensive marketing plans including internal social, PR, and web properties, and externally through industry engagements
- Build or localise industry narratives, marketing content, industry reports to articulate TikTok's value proposition to advertisers. Work with senior leadership and broader marketing solutions communities across SEA and APAC to develop external key messages to be amplified across industry events, partner meetings and other high profile engagements.
- Sales enablement: plan and conduct sales training & workshops for client-facing teams on empowering their clients to achieve better performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. 3-5+ years of experience in an integrated marketing, media or digital strategy role; ideally from an ad tech platform, digital or media agency, or from an advertiser's marketing team.
- Has an in-depth understanding of marketing and creative solutions implementable via TikTok advertising platform and other key market players. It has a clear overview of the status quo and emerging industry trends. Able to drive thought leadership to influence the industry.
- Has the ability to coordinate necessary processes or own quality control, builds strong relationships with XFN team leads, and delegate appropriately if working as a project leader.
- Strong acumen for writing (technical and/or copywriting) and visual storytelling, with an understanding and interest for how to bring strategic concepts to life through content and communication tactics.
- Familiarity with measurement and performance advertising products, as well as being able to have functional conversations around marketing and creative tools.
- Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines while working across a wide range of stakeholders. Comfortable presenting ideas to leadership and clients, and speaking at industry events
- Comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to stay agile and pivot based on business need and innovation opportunities
