• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings/solutions
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
• Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
• Play active roles in debt management/financial risk management in sales
• Perform continuous market intelligence to get up to date understanding of related regulations, customers' needs, competitor landscape...• Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting, preferably B2B technical sales
• Experience in packaging industry is an advantage
• Experienced in project management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Fluent in business English communication
• Familiar with ERP, MS Office 365...
• Strong leadership ability
• Ability to travel
