A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- QA Admin
- SO/ BSCI/[protected info] for CMs.
- PPM sample orders
- Wood origin documents for CMs' orders
- Monthly reports to Supply Chain Senior Manager
B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
- Send product drawing to QACM team/CMs
- Send SM for CMs' orders to QACM team
- Check/follow/give instructions to CMs when they have ISO/ BSCI/[protected info]
- Follow up sample orders at CMs/update PFD and book sample transportation on time.
- Verify and follow up CMs' wood documents( COMP items) for every delivery to SCVN.
- Check wood origin documents for new sources and work with CMs/ESG for full documents complied with SCC requirements.
- Complete wood supply chain mapping for all CMs' orders.
- Wood origin compliance reports to Supply Chain Senior Manager

- All Departments in ScanCom Vietnam

- ScanCom Suppliers/Manufacturers

3.1 Superior: Supervisor, Manager
3.2 Subordinate: NoneD. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
* Must requirement
- Graduated from a College or University,.
- At least 05 years working experience in Production Planning, Warehouse, QA
- Effective management and supervisory skills.
- Ability to communicate professional with people at all levels inside and outside the company.
- Demonstrated organizational skills
* Important requirement:
- Computer: Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- English skill: Reading and understanding English documents
- Integrity, proactive, high responsibility and quick response and adapt
- Systematically approach thinking
- Good communication, Problems & Solving, Teamwork, Time management
