Job Description

What will you work on?

The job holder will provide comprehensive human resources services and will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions support to Vietnam and Indonesia Team and participating in assigned human resources projects.

How will you create impact?

• Assist the Human Resources Manager with daily operations, including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, contract management, onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, personnel file management, and employee relations activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the Human Resource Information System is consistently updated in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding and staff movement activities, including hiring, transfers, relocations, and terminations, ensuring all related documentation is properly managed and promptly updated.
• Provide timely support for payroll processing by collecting and updating necessary data to ensure accurate remuneration disbursement.
• Initiate and coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and charity initiatives, working closely with project owners to ensure successful local implementation.
• Support the Human Resources Manager in executing human resources initiatives.
• Participate in assigned human resources projects and contribute to their smooth and successful execution.
• Perform additional projects, duties, and responsibilities as required or assigned.
  
  

What are your skills and experience?

• Bachelor’s degree in business related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in multinational corporations or sizable organizations
• Well-versed in local labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with HRIS systems.
• Dynamic, creative, and energetic with strong interpersonal skills.
• Open-minded, proactive, and service-oriented; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates a high level of ethics and maintains strict confidentiality.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
