Job Title: Backend Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with expertise in Golang to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high- performance backend systems and be passionate about solving complex technical challenges. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining backend services that are critical to our applications and overall business.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive and Ambition: Demonstrate a strong drive and ambition, with a keen interest in technology and continuous learning.
Software Design: Apply Object- Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns to build scalable and maintainable backend systems.
Security Awareness: Implement best practices for building secure applications, ensuring that security is integrated into the development process.
Testing Practices: Develop and implement tests to ensure code quality and application reliability. Understand and appreciate the importance of comprehensive testing in the software development lifecycle.
Problem- Solving Acumen: Evaluate and reason through multiple solutions for complex problems, demonstrating strong analytical and judgment skills.
Self- Motivation: Exhibit self- motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
Technology Adaptation: Quickly and efficiently pick up new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends and improve development processes.

Required Skills and Experience

At least 2 years of backend development
At least 1 year of Golang experience
Experience on working with AWS/Azure/VMWare/PROXMOX is a plus
Team player that works well in collaborative situations and start- up environments.
Good interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication,
Understanding of networking concepts is a plus
Experience with Rest API, cloud platform API
Experience on working with Kubernetes/Docker is a plus
Demonstrated abilities to learn quickly, design efficiently, and write quality software code.
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Math, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with microservice software development, My SQL, Redis, Mongo DB
