We are looking for 02 positions for General Affairs Department:
1. GA Staff takes responsibility for keeping factory clean, daily activities safe, secure & order; Take care for employees's need to improve the life quality day by day
Security Guard Management: Oversee security guard operations, timesheets, and training
Supplier Coordination: Track suppliers, prepare meal orders, and manage outsourced services
Facility Maintenance: Supervise cleaner, gardener, facility worker to maintain factory facility
Waste Handling: Cooperate with HSE on waste collection and documentation
Administrative Duties: Process payments, generate reports, and provide audit support
Supervie and prepare Audit/ISO documents... build, supplement the processes and regulations applied in the company.
Tasks assigned by GA Manager.
2. GA staff presents as a receptionist, in charge of managing queries from internal, external customers and able to provide instant support and observe for front office operation. ​
Present as a receptionist: Meet and greet external customers/vendors; Provide guidance for forms, procedures, mailing service; Take care to archive work of in coming /out sending documents at factory.
Control car service for employee and expats: Arrangement cars for business travel and making payment request for expense related to car management; Sumary and calculate workig days and overtime of driver.
Small purchasing and delivery: Contact the supplier and order, supply and inventory of stationery, uniform; Delivery stationary for department who order stationary and unioform as required on time.
Supporting for hotel booking, air ticket if required.
Payment documents and other assignment: Supervise the fee payment; Support company events; Monitor housekeeping service
- Transportation from Ho Chi Minh City/ Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh
- Working time: Monday to Friday (8.00 - 16.30); Saturday (8.00 - 12.00) & 1 full Saturday off per month.
