Responsibilities
- Designing multimedia E-learning lessons (documents, videos, etc.) for various target audiences (new employees, managers, different departments) and covering various content (foundational knowledge, soft skills, lesson series, etc.).
- Developing and implementing activities to foster a learning culture.
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver online/offline courses.
- Conducting training sessions on basic content (integration, skills, etc.).
- Reporting and tracking training progress by course, program, and on a regular basis.
- Handling logistics for online/offline courses.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in training function.
- Strong live facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in PPTX and Excel.
- Video editing skills.
- Designing infographics, posters, etc. using graphic design tools like PTS, AI.
- Strong ability to multi-task and deliver on deadline.

Thẩm mỹ viện Ngọc Dung được thành lập vào năm 1998 bởi bà Võ Thị Ngọc Dung – một nữ doanh nhân thành đạt trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc sắc đẹp tại Việt Nam. Sau 22 năm phát triển, TMV Ngọc Dung đã có 18 chi nhánh trải dài từ Nam ra Bắc.
