Job Description

New vendor sourcing: keep track of vendor info, credentials, rate card…
Consolidate vendors’ quotations and perform comparison
Vendors assessment/ranking: to track how many rare cards are received from vendors and evaluate their performance overall.
Adopt selection process to ensure fair competition
Ensure the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to departments’ requirements
Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
Checking the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy
Manage relationships with organizational stakeholders and external vendors for procurement
Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
