• Supervises the On-Trade customer segment in the On-Premises. • Define and list all potential customers in the assigned area to open new accounts and grow distribution network as well as sales volume under the guideline of the manager and company strategies. • Achieve direct sales revenue for the defined channel (On-Trade). • Achieve defined distribution targets by brand for the On-Trade customers. • Achieve new products listing strategy as target distribution. • Ensure execution/ performance/ compliance/ investment in existing contracts. • Create proposals and negotiates new On-Premises contracts. Manage, track sales volume target, and create sales and marketing plans for the outlets. • Implement: contracts, events, trade deals of cycle meetings, activate the promotion target and monthly briefing. • Directly implement the company sales policy in terms of pricing and promotion, TAKE ORDERS and execute promotion (DISPLAY) in line with the company requirements. • Achieve brand sales and visibility guidelines defined by outlet segmentation and classification. • Expand universe of outlets, and actively reviews current universe to optimize account coverage and the On-Trade customer segment. • Keep up to date with market trends seeks new leads to develop the channel. • Maintains relationships with key On-Premises trade customers. • Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested (e.g., performance tracking of promotions/ deals, sales, routing, activities). • Make sales forecast for your own outlets • Tracking and following aging report as company set. • Manage and tracking marketing contracts performance of the outlets. • Supports reporting and reviews with brand principles for the channel. • Maintain working relationship with key stakeholders, e.g., South On-Premises team, Regional Sales team, Marketing team, Customer service team, accounting team and Brand Principles. • Ad hoc required from management.• Having experiences in the spirits/ FMCG industry • Dynamic, self motivated leader with proven track record in developing team capabilities • Proven success in achieving business revenue and brand objectives • Good communication and negotiation with customers in different levels • Excellent relationship and networking skills • Flexible working time, be able to visit outlets at night, and travel when required • Good planning, team-work skills • Positive attitude with customers • Quick actions and solution for customer requirements or problem may have • Enthusiast, passionate and willing to learn • Creative ideas are always welcome to the team and the companyCompetitive income with 100% salary and allowance on probation Monthly sales incentive Gift on special occasion Salary review at least one times per year Annual KPIs bonus Annual Leave: will be 12 working days per calendar year, pro-rata for the 1st year of employment, max +7 Annual leave adding.
