We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Team Leader to join our team and contribute to our continued success. I. Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our IT outsourcing services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral and content.
• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from planning to analysis.
• Utilize both online and offline channels to increase brand visibility.
• Oversee the organization's participation in industry events and conferences.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Cultivate relationships with key industry influencers and partners.
II. Job Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing positions, particularly in one IT outsourcing company, showcasing a progression in responsibilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives in a similar industry.
• Exceptional proficient skills in strategic and attractive content writing, showcasing the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.
• Strong planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Expertise in growth marketing, demonstrating a creative and data-driven approach to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing, planning, and growth strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in IT outsourcing.
