What You’ll Do

This position will be responsible for managing the CPS & services in "country", developing a business plan covering CPS sales & services revenue, services support and marketing controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the EATON’s presence throughout country

  • Achieve CPS sales revenue target in the assigned country which includes 1P and/or 3P and/or Services business.
  • Responsible to support overall CPS growth, maximizing revenue, profitability and market share
  • Performance measured based on direct sales or through Managed Partner's sell in/sell out performance
  • Develop CPS & Services sales strategy with EA team and implement plans to increase market share and profitability of products and services E. Responsible for building strong service sales team, strengthen existing install base customer relationship, ensure profitable service & maintenance contract while achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Accountable for enhancing service operation team's technical competency, service capability and support capacity, to setup world class standard service execution team.
  • Collaborate with service partner and ASP to extend Eaton service network in country wide, achieve geographical coverage for major cities
  • Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
  • Leverage all other EATON team members and CE-firms to surround the customer and increase EATON’s share of wallet in targeted End-Users account
  • Show strong leadership in coaching, demonstrating to team member, build strong 1st liner manager
  • Comply with bid review process
  • Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values Proposition
  • To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System
  • Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
  • Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
  • Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
  • Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
  • Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • A history of selling UPS, Data Center Solution, Electrical solution and licenses/subscriptions to large, complex organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives
  • History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Teamwork and good communication skills a must
