Specific responsibilities
1. Translate strategic plans into messages and activities that are relevant at a departmental and individual level.
2. Further, develop a range of communication delivery channels to deliver messages in the most effective way to employees with different levels.
3. Develop diverse communication channels, e.g. E-news, social network, digital, email, workplace by Facebook as the appropriate way/tools for communicating with employees.
4. Create a framework of clear and effective employee communications on a broad variety of topics to create a sense of shared purpose that is relevant to the working environment and working lives of all employees.
5. Provide communication tools and content to team leaders and employees to promote a corporate culture based on a consistent two-way flow of information.
6. Manage the development of an internal communication channel and its content - proofing, edit and post the internal articles.
7. Gauge reactions to internal communications, use feedback to recommend and implement new initiatives.
8. Provide advice to employees regarding the organization’s branding and identity.
9. Organize and manage seminars, events, and presentations
10. Work with colleagues across the organization to contribute to specific projects, especially employee engagement activities
11. Measure the effectiveness of Internal Communications processes to do adjustment and improvement where necessary.
12. Manage corporate website
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
BA in public relations, communications, or relevant field.
• At least 5-7 years related experience in PR & Communications.
• Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills both in Eng and VNs
• To be articulate, creative and show initiative.
• A good understanding of the sector and organization they work in.
• Enthusiasm and diplomacy.
• Good teamwork and networking skills.
• An organized and methodical approach, with good project management skills.
• Attention to detail.
