JOB OBJECTIVE

A SAP Specialist is a technical consultant and responsible for determining business needs and smoothly imple-menting Systems Application and Products (SAP) software suite for business clients within DSCS. This IT role requires a significant experience related to SAP implementation. SAP specialist also need collaboration skills to work across de-partments to provide guidance to the customer based on their business needs, making recommendations on practical project solutions, and working with project management to coordinate tasks, timelines and tests.

EXPECTED RESULTS / FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES
1. Determine Business needs
- Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
- Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions
- Working with Local/Global team to provide solutions for company in integrating various business operations into one platform
- Degree to which is required information or business needs.
- Propose/recommend solutions to satisfy business needs.

2. Implement SAP programs

- Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution
- Perform SAP configuration and tests. Develop specifications for development of forms/ reports/ interfaces.
- Running tests on all systems changes to ensure the successfully integration of new software.
- Clearness and efficient
- Document and log the test cases and changes

3. Guidance and troubleshooting
- Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
- Collaborate with local/global team to trouble shooting.
- Training new users or when new modules implemented.
- Trouble shooting commons issues

- Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration with one of the modules: FICO, LOG, PP, MM, WH, SD Modules.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

(*) Educational level: Relevant education on Bachelor level on Information Technology (IT).

(*) Education/ Experience:
- At least 1 – 5 years of experience in a similar position with one of the modules: FICO, LOG, PP, MM, WH, SD Modules.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently and proactively with internal & external stakeholders
- Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, or ERP
- Willing to work/learn with other topics which company requires to do
- Proficient with Microsoft O365 product suite

Damen Song Cam Shipyard (DSCS) là công ty thiết kế, đóng mới, lắp đặt, vận hành và bàn giao các loại tàu thuộc dòng Damen. Các thiết kế cơ bản và hầu hết các bộ phận đều được Nhà máy đóng tàu Damen Gorinchem giao cho DSCS. DSCS sẽ hoàn thành thiết kế chi tiết, đưa ra tất cả các hướng dẫn sản xuất cần thiết, bổ sung các thành phần còn lại bằng cách tự sản xuất hoặc mua/hợp đồng phụ và cung cấp dịch vụ quản lý dự án. Ứng dụng CNTT có các chức năng cốt lõi sau: Cung cấp hỗ trợ cho người dùng/bộ phận địa phương tại DSCS về các hoạt động như: Phân tích và chuyển đổi dữ liệu, phát triển ứng dụng và các khóa đào tạo CNTT
