- Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and the environment that they operate in to define detailed requirements.
- Communicating requirements to stakeholders, managing conflicts, issues, and changes to ensure that stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope.
- Gather, organize, and synthesize large amounts of product information from various sources.
- Identify and define business needs and problems/issues to enable a feasible solution scope to be developed.
- Identify the risks associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for not implementing the solution.
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
- Contributes to the conversion of business needs into functional designs and conduct product training as needed.
- Identifies and manages gaps, determining the effectiveness of proposed solutions and developing Business Requirements documents and models.
- Ensure the team understands the product requirements and backlog and that the product is delivered at high quality.
- At least 3 years in business analysis.
- Understanding of BABOK® Knowledge Areas.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with trends in web standards, accessibility, and usability.
- Being experienced in Agile environment, good logical thinking, analytical thinking, critical thinking and problem solving.
- Knowledge of standard business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder analysis.
- Understanding of database systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on active listening and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proactive attitude and self-motivation with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Logical and efficient.
