- Meet and exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned area/ territory. 

- Target setting to identify present & potential revenue, cost to sell and probability of success. 

- Make appropriate number of calls on prospects versus customers. Identify potential growth areas, and open new accounts. 

- Prepare written reports, presentations and proposals 

- Sell at a price approved for certain room types. 

- Servicing of in-house guests/ residents

 - Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.

 - Maintain customer profile and customer files 

- Submit the following in a timely manner: daily reports, sales plans, target setting, zone analysis, expense reports. 

- Communicate competitive information.

 - Complete and submit credit applications for new accounts

Yêu cầu công việc

Male or Female Vietnamese. - Minimum two years of experience in the same role in a quality organization (preferably serviced apartment or 5 star Hotel) - Exemplary planning and time management skills. - Excellent spoken and written English. - Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - Strong negotiation skills & able to handle guests well. - Dynamic personality, a team player, honest, possesses self-initiative and motivation, outgoing, pleasant looking and an achiever - Willing to work hard and sometimes long hours and preferably already possesses own client database - Able to work independently under pressure & able to adapt to fast changing situations.
