We are looking for AI Engineers who will support our research efforts, explore AI technology and finding solution for integration AI into Software Development Life Circle and Banking Product. As an R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new technologies, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies, as well as experience in software development and engineering.

Job Responsibilities

• Research, design, implement, and test AI models and technology that support Engineering and Business needs.


• Work with the Technical Lead and R&D team to develop a deep understanding of the Engineering and Business requirements.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Delivery, Data/ML, and Platform teams, to identify opportunities for AI in Engineering and Business.


• Develop AI solutions and technology that support the Engineering and Business goals of the organization, including: AI for Engineering (e.g code generation, bug detection and correction, code review, code optimization, test case generation, bug detection, test data generation, and security testing…)


• Develop PoCs and prototypes to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of AI solutions & new technology.


• Continuously improve the performance and scalability of AI models.


• Analyze and interpret data to gain insights and inform technology development.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies and apply them to Engineering and Business needs.

Strong communication skills in English, excel in working with stakeholders, and have a keen interest in exploring business opportunities and delivering compelling presentations.

Technical Expertise:

• 
  AI/ML Solutions: Expertise in developing and integrating AI/ML solutions for end-to-end systems (MLOps).


• 
  AI and LLM Frameworks: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., Langchain) and LLM models (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face).


• 
  Software Development: Extensive experience in software development, particularly in programming and microservice architecture. Proven track record of building end-to-end systems and integrating AI applications to deliver comprehensive solutions.


• 
  Programming Languages: Proficient in Python and other languages commonly used in AI and software development.


• 
  Cloud Computing: Experience in distributed systems and cloud computing.


• 
  Methodologies: Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
