Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.

The role

• Communicate in Japanese (reading and writing) effectively with customer.
• Administer, configure, and support SCCM and Microsoft Intune for managing endpoints across the organization.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot software applications and updates using SCCM and Intune.
• Provide technical support to end users for device management issues and software deployment via SCCM and Intune.
• Manage OS deployment, software patching, and updates using both SCCM and Intune to ensure devices remain compliant and up-to-date.
• Configure and maintain device security policies, compliance rules, and app protection policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Ensure seamless integration of SCCM with Active Directory, Group Policies, and other IT systems.
• Monitor and report on system health, software deployments, security updates, and compliance status.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to device management and endpoint security.
• Manage user and device enrolment into Intune, including configuration of compliance policies, conditional access, and app management.
• Assist with troubleshooting complex device configuration and deployment issues, both remotely and on-site.
• Automate routine tasks and streamline processes using PowerShell scripting.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures related to SCCM and Intune environments.
• Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of SCCM and Intune and apply best practices to enhance system performance.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• For Fresher, must be graduated from IT or a relevant major and must have a Japanese certificate.
• 2 years+ of experience in relevant roles ( Networking/ system/ infrastructure/ Technican...)
• N3 or higher Japanese proficiency (Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Listening).
• Experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Japanese work culture and business manners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
