Position: Assistant Manager, Business Development - [$1000 - 1500]

Job Description
- Participate in setting business objectives and tracking the implementation progress, ensuring the plans are on the right track.
- Collect and prepare comprehensive reports on the company's activities to provide accurate and timely insights for regional directors for decision-making. Ensure seamless and timely communication between departments to help all sections understand and fulfill their tasks.
- Oversee the achievement of business goals, ensuring set targets are monitored and adjusted as necessary.
- Analyze business data to provide improvement advice: Gather and analyze data from business activities to propose improvements, aiding the regional directors in making strategic decisions.
- Represent the regional director in meeting clients and other duties: When required, represent the regional director in client meetings and engagements with agencies to maintain partnerships and handle necessary tasks. Prepare presentation content, translate documents, and assist the regional director with other duties such as client meetings or project presentations.
- Manage and develop business with major clients: Maintain long-term relationships with major clients, develop business opportunities, and propose strategies to approach and develop services/products that meet the needs of major clients, ensuring satisfaction and creating sustainable value for both parties.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with extensive knowledge in domestic express delivery and business.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (both spoken and written). Additional language skills are a plus.
- Appearance: Neat and presentable, with a demeanor suitable for an assistant/secretarial role.
- Proficient in office computing, particularly in drafting documents and creating PPT presentations in both English and Vietnamese.
