Mission:

Finance is a highly valued partner helping the business to drive outstanding results and embedding financial competency in the business. Being a Senior Finance Analyst supporting Company in maximizing their strategic investment for growth through performance management, decision support, developing business models, strategy formulation and putting strategy into action.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Budgeting and planning:

• Co-ordinate with departments in budgeting process including setting of targets and timeframe to ensure efficient collection of
• data and information. The expected result is the whole bussiness plan including target P&L by BU/Store/Restaurant.
• Develop, implement and maintain an effective and flexible budgeting system to cover all areas to provide a complete, clear and
• concise budget in line with local and Corporate requirements in an efficient and effective manner. Understand user requirement
• and business requirement to provide matching the data/ report/ dashboard

2. Costing, controlling and reporting:

• Generate, maintain and manage regular and ad-hoc F&B costing and financial information.
• Develop and implement required company policies .
• Monitor business key performance indicators and propose required actions.
• Perform timely and detailed variance analysis on all significant financial variances to identify reason(s) for the variances in
• order to enable corrective measures to be undertaken for negative variances, and to capitalise on opportunities presented by
• positive variances which will contribute to ongoing improvement of the commercial departments’ financial and operational
• performance

3. Others:

• Lead or participate in ad-hoc tasks or special projects as directed by Finance Manager

Competencies
1. Knowledge & experience:

• Retail, F&B industry experience with Retail operation, Marketing, Supply chain, Merhandise, Financial
• Have experience on analysts transform data into insights that drive business value
• At least 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting field

2. Functional skill:

• Business analysis
• Data analysis
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships

3. Technical skill:

• Microsoft Office and Excel
• Present skill
• ERP, FAST system knowledge is a plus

Required backround & Atitude

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Language: Fluency English with minimum English Intermediate level
• Office skills: Windows, MS Office is must have; Power BI and ERP knowledge is a plus
• Attitude: Customer Centric Business mindset Can do attitude Persuasive, professional communication
