Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
Improving Sales Process & Appealing Commission Scheme for Sales Team; Competitive Commercial Terms for B2B Clients.
Supporting team to pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
Supporting the product development focusing on customer success and engagement.
Maintain proper coordination among internal teams - project management, including response to complaints (if any) and resolving issues aimed at customer contentment and preserving the company's reputation.
Providing relevant reports to BOD on demand or on a periodical basis.
Keeping learning and observing the market to support the product development in next phases.
Other tasks as assigned by the Line manager.Minimum 05 years proven business development success with experience at the Senior Manager level; Experience in Banking/Finance industries are advantages.
