• Be responsible for all administration matters of Engineering department.
• Handles all correspondence for the Chief Engineer.
• Receive, document, distribute and follow-up all work requests according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Maintain an effective filing system for all departmental documentation
• Prepare daily and weekly timesheets for engineering management approval
• Maintains a file for all weekly departmental staffing schedules.
• Co-ordinate/inform engineering management of any disruptions to service of any kind
• Assist with pre-planning and attend daily engineering staff briefing
• Assist with purchasing, inventory and issuing of spare parts
• Document and issue preventative maintenance work orders
• Answers and assists with multiple phone lines and follow up on requests.
• Implements other duties as required and directed by the Chief Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of experience on engineering secretary or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Good in English communication and writing skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
