Job title: Product Marketing Specialist (Beauty & Personal Care)
Quantity: 02;
Report to: Growth Director;
Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City;
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday - Saturday morning);
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly with the manufacturer: Control and ensure product quality and specifications to meet requirements;
Planning merchandise: price-setting, quantity order, forecast sales and time, ...;
Place order: Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions to ensure the best benefits for the company;
Implement & monitor the import process: Implement & check contracts, appendices, documents, import and export procedures to import goods. Coordinate with legal, forwarder, accounting & related; department offices to receive goods. Ensure the import process arrives according to plan;
Monitor and support the process of compliance procedures, publication of documents... according to state regulations;
Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of goods from suppliers. Continuously improve the quality based on customers' feedback;
Monitoring Supply Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers to ensure supply according to the company's plan;
Monitor marketing and sales programs to ensure revenue is achieved according to goals & have appropriate plans to place orders;
Additional tasks that arise (if any).

COMPULSORY:
High proficiency in both spoken and written English;
High ownership and high commitment;
Detailed and careful;
Extensive understanding of international markets and trade trends;
Master the international purchasing process;
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with partners.
