• Key Technical User serve as the first point of contact for business applications and technical services.
• To coordinate with internal and external region Project team, Business team and IT team to achieve project timelines.
• Ability to manage technical implementation, test scenario and SOP to support business.
• Technical Process Improvement, WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transport Management System)
• Gather and analyse business technical requirements.
• Collaborate with user and IT team to resolve applications/network issue and resolution met.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and address complex technical issues.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work/converse well with cross-functional teams.
• Provide weekly task status reporting to stakeholders related to technical and involve in improvement plans.
• Technical cost analysis and support asset management.
