PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR

Location: 10 Pho Quang, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC, Vietnam

Reports to: Procurement Manager

Travel: Occasional domestic travel be required

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for procurement and logistics? We’re looking for a Procurement Supervisor to join our Procurement team. In this role, you’ll help lead sourcing efforts, manage vendor relationships, and support the design and execution of warehouse and transportation solutions.

If you enjoy working with data, negotiating with suppliers, and making supply chains more efficient, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Primary Responsibilities And Outputs

• Lead procurement activities related to warehousing and transportation services.
• Manage vendor sourcing, selection, and performance evaluation.
• Support the design and implementation of logistics solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align procurement strategies with operational needs.
• Analyze supplier data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports using Excel and other tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  
  

Requirement And Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain services, especially in warehouse and transportation planning, operations, or solution design.
• Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, and contract handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A proactive, analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to domestic travel frequently.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
