Z Studio is a digital content platform powered by Zalo, where meaningful stories, knowledge, and inspiration are shared through video and podcast formats. We are looking for a Content Specialist (News) who will be responsible for creating and developing news content about lifestyle, society, sports, and market economy, contributing directly to the growth of Z Studio’s content channels on Zalo Video (Lifez, finZ, Z Sport) and other social media platforms.

What you'll do

1. News monitoring & Planning

• Monitor and update daily news across lifestyle, society, sports, social trends, and market economy;
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact topics aligned with channel positioning, platform characteristics, and audience interests;
• Propose daily and weekly content plans to support channel growth and long-term development.

2. News production & Quality management

• Produce and develop short-form news content for Zalo Video (Lifez, FinZ, Z Sport) and other social platforms;
• Verify information to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with editorial standards and platform policies;
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end news production process, including collaborators and freelancers, ensuring quality and timely delivery;
• Analyze content performance and optimize topics, formats, and storytelling approaches accordingly.

3. Exclusive news development & Leadership

• Direct and oversee the production of exclusive news, interviews, and special features;
• Build and expand a network of contributors, partners, and information sources to secure exclusive content opportunities.

What you'll need

• 3 - 4 years of experience in content writing, journalism, editorial, or digital media;
• Strong news sense with the ability to spot and evaluate trending and high-impact topics;
• Good writing, storytelling, and editing skills;
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and editorial awareness;
• Ability to work fast and effectively under deadlines;
• Experience in managing news production or leading exclusive content is a strong advantage;
• Good understanding of short-form video and social media platforms (Zalo Video, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.) is a plus;
