The Field Service Technician (FST) Intern is a member of Zoetis Poultry. This role is crucial in supporting the Field Service Specialist (FSS)/ Hatchery Solution Manager at the customer's hatchery by assisting customers in operating the machines and collecting information to send to FSS/ Hatchery Solution Manager in case of any malfunctions.

INTERNSHIP DURATION: 06 MONTHS

STARTING DAY: ASAP

MUST HAVE INTERNSHIP RECOMMENDATION LETTER FROM UNIVERSITY

The FST Intern will provide assists to Field Service Specialist on various projects, including:

• Non-Biodevices/ Biodevices:
  • Support FSS/ Hatchery Solution Manager in providing feedback on the performance of machines, such as subcutaneous device and spray cabinet device, at the customer's hatchery.
  • Proficiently use subcutaneous injection machines and sprayers by practicing at the customer's hatchery.
  • Provide electrical/mechanical support and perform emergency repairs as needed.
  • Handle preliminary on-site troubleshooting & liaise with FSS/ Hatchery Solution Manager to resolve Trouble Calls.
  • Complete all relevant reporting forms and procedures including scheduling visits, customer site contacts, parts usage priorities, site cart management and equipment maintenance within assigned time period
  • Follow all safety/precautionary procedures
  • Working extended hours/ weekends/ holidays may be required.
  • Other Duties as Assigned following qualification through Zoetis training.
