Product management:

• Support Technical Sales Manager to implement marketing activities and build NPI launching plan
• Works with supply chain to keep tracking the goods status
• Track & follow documents procedure between MH and customer (contract, quotation, PO, debt, rebate annex, delivery note)
• Prepare internal document work: proposal, order request forms, delivery note, Promotion tracking form, document for seminar& group customer, vendor code (create & activate), send sample for testing …

Sales support:

• Support to follow up bidding, protocol and trial
• Budget tracking & accrual

Reports and data:

• Update Sales Figures, weekly sales performance, monthly Forecast report
• Maintain an Accurate Database of Customer and Prospect Information
• Work with customer service to collect feedback from customers
• Receiving, processing purchase orders, delivery and payment
• Sales support: follow up bidding, protocol and trial

Desired Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or Animal Health
* 2+ years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in Animal Health or Pharmaceutical industry
* Computer literacy: MS Office & familiar to Power BI
* Proficient in English (verbal and written)
* Knowledge of key marketing disciplines and marketing techniques
* Commercial focus with strong financial acumen
* Analytical thinking, able to interpret data and information from multiple sources
* Relationship and stakeholder management, interpersonal skills and influencing abilities
