Job description:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients using the ERP software via email/phone
- Guide users on ERP functionality, navigation, and best practices.
- Corporate with relevant parties (Dev, SA/BA, AM, …) to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the ERP modules
- Accurately record, track, and update support cases in the internal case management system in a timely manner
- Proactively escalate complex bugs and unresolved issues to higher-level support or management teams, ensuring prompt attention and resolution in accordance with internal SLAs.
- Assist with additional technical tasks or internal support from cross-functional teams if any
Requirements:
- Preferably graduated from FTU, NEU, DAV, ULIS, HANU, TMU, AOF, BAV
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Good customer service mindset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates or final-year students awaiting graduation are encouraged to apply
Benefits:
- Salary range: 8M - 12M gross
- Monthly salary 13+14
