- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using NodeJS (ExpressJS or NestJS), ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.
- Design, build, and implement RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs to meet business requirements and integrate with related systems.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, participating in data modeling and query optimization when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Frontend, QA, and Product/BA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Participate in technical analysis, effort estimation, and propose appropriate technical solutions for features and enhancements.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code; adhere to coding conventions, best practices, and team quality standards.
- Ensure system security, data protection, and performance optimization, especially for large-scale systems.
- Participate in code reviews, contributing to code quality improvement and software development process enhancements.
- Support troubleshooting, system operation, and post-deployment improvements.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Hands-on experience with ExpressJS or NestJS frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and system integrations.
- Experience working with at least one database system: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, with basic understanding of data modeling.
- Proficient in Git, familiar with CI/CD pipelines and application deployment.
- Basic knowledge of Docker or containerized environments is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site at client locations during critical project phases when required.
- Able to read and understand technical documentation in English.
- Compensation: Open for negotiation, based on experience and capability.
