About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive (Chinese & English Speaking) to join FTI, responsible for managing and developing international B2B/GOV clients.
The role focuses on building long-term relationships with overseas customers, consulting and delivering FTI’s digital transformation, cloud, data center and telecommunications solutions.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in B2B sales, strong solution-consulting mindset, and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, ensuring the successful execution and growth of international sales projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finding, developing, and approaching international B2B/Government clients
- Managing and maintaining relationships with international customers throughout the sales lifecycle
- Exploiting and analyzing clients’ business needs, digital transformation status, and technology applications
- Designing, proposing, consulting, and delivering demonstrations of FTI’s products and services to clients
- Providing consultation and support to clients throughout the application and implementation process
- Delivering pre-sales and after-sales customer care; proposing service upgrades or expanding service offerings
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Building a customer-centric mindset, fostering collaboration, and contributing to a culture of effective teamwork
- Performing other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from University, or higher majoring in Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Electronics, and Telecommunications,...
- English proficiency with IELTS 6.5 or above and Chinese proficiency with HSK Level 5 or above are preferred.
- Candidates with experiences, knowledge or interest in B2B and Information Technology-related sales (hardware, software, cloud computing, security,…) is preferred.
- Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate work performance.
- Being proactive, decisive, and creative in the execution of work.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in online marketing and English is an advantage
