ABOUT KFC
Colonel Harland Sanders opened the first KFC in Corbin, Kentucky, in 1938. He started with one restaurant, 11 herbs and spices, and an idea. From there, our incredible brand and product grew to what it is today. KFC is one of the five brands operated by our parent company, Yum! Along with Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, The Habit Burger Grill, and recently added Heartstyles.
KFC first came to Vietnam in 1997 with our first restaurant in Super Bowl, Ho Chi Minh City. Today, we are the biggest business in the fast-food industry in Vietnam, with more than 200 restaurants run and 5,000 restaurant team members. The Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) is located at the Bluesky office, Tan Binh District, near Tan Son Nhat Airport.
POSITION SUMMARY
Role Title: C&B Intern
Department: Human Resources
Section: People Service
Report to: People Service Manager
Type: Internship (Full-time/ Part-time)
Duration: 6 months, flexible depending on availability
Role Purpose:
The C&B intern will support the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team in managing employee data, payroll-related tasks, and administrative processes for the Restaurant (RES) system. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, international working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support C&B team in daily operations for RES employees (restaurant staff).
· Assist in data entry, checking, and maintaining accuracy of HR systems and employee records.
· Support monthly payroll preparation and benefits administration.
· Assist in preparing reports, HR documents, and relevant paperwork.
· Coordinate with restaurant managers to collect and verify attendance, shifts, and other C&B-related data.
· Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes.
· Perform other tasks assigned by the C&B team.
Professional Skills:
· Undergraduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldsCompetent in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· University student (final year) or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
· Good MS Office skills (especially Excel).
· Ability to work at least 4 days per week.
