Job Description

1. Construction Planning and Implementation

• Plan and implement construction measures, construction progress, and occupational safety for the entire MEP construction work of the project.
• Coordinate all project activities from start to finish, including progress, human resources, project quality, and costs.

2. Project Management and Operation

• Organize the apparatus, manage, train, and assign roles and tasks to the technical team implementing the construction of the projects.
• Perform and organize inspections and controls of all activities on the construction site and be responsible to the Board of Directors for all project activities.

3. Check and Approve Documents

• Check and approve quality management documents, volume, drawings.
• Be responsible for the implementation, acceptance, handover, and settlement of the project with the Investor and consultants, subcontractors of the project.

4. Work with Authorities

• Work directly with authorities on legal procedures of the project if necessary.
• Check, monitor, and report weekly on quality, progress, and cost of project implementation.

5. Coordination and Problem Solving

• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to promptly resolve any problems, ensuring project implementation plans.
• Propose cost-effective, feasible solutions and ensure construction safety.

6. Human Resources Management and Human Development

• Participate in planning necessary human resources, developing resource provision plans.
• Train, monitor and evaluate all subordinate personnel; coordinate with relevant departments to mobilize resources to ensure the project is completed on schedule.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from a regular university majoring in Electricity/Electronics/Mechatronics/Refrigeration/Automation or equivalent.

• Have a certificate of practice as a supervisor or commander in a steel structure project or industrial park.

• Able to work on projects in the South, Central, and North.
