Mô tả Công việc
- Make purchase decisions in accordance with company procedures and regulations
- Analyse purchase requisitions and review for accuracy and completion
- Cultivate new sources for supplies and products
- Identify and select vendors and suppliers using criteria such as quantity and quality of commodities, price, and delivery date
- Identifying customer preferences and forecasting consumer trends
- Evaluating supplier options according to prices, quality, etc., and determining the best choices
- Discovering and purchasing new products and checking the quality and popularity of those already on our shelves

- Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our company
- Ensure the timely delivery of products and compliance with the contracts of purchase

- Forge and maintain trust relationships with suppliers to promote fair dealing

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English - working with the foreigners
- Over 5 years of experience as Buyer/Merchandiser in Retail Chain (Fashion, Sports, etc.) conducting Buying plan & working with Brands
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating
- Up to speed with purchasing best practices
- Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and forecasting techniques
