Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e-commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e-commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

I. JOB DECRIPTIONS
1. Project Initiation:
- Define WOW, approach methodology for assigned programs/projets. Make sure Measurement/Tracking result Method must be cleared before release deliverables.
2. Project Initiation:
- Give instruction to project team on Project Document preparation/maintenance to make sure the project objective/scope/timeline is aligned
3. Project Execion:
- Coordinate and align with other departments/key stakeholders for implementation and completion of the projects, guide them to engage with company culture/structure to make a collaborative environment
4. Project Monitoring:
- Manage programs/Project with a track record/dashboard, include Risk Management
5. Project Monitoring:
- Monitor T&I Project progress to make sure they are on track and no overlapping resource
6. Way of working transition:
- Coordinate and align with affected business unit in new way of working transition
7. Adhoc tasks:
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Business Administration/ Finance/Technology
2. Experience
- 1-2 years of work experience in project management, business performance analysis or management consulting.
- Have experience managing or participating in projects related to AI, ML is a plus
- Familiar with e-commerce workflow, operations behaviors
3. Skills
- Have a curtain knowledge about Project management framework
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Power BI skill is a plus
- Willing to face with unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Be able to use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion, Asana) and familiar with agile development methodologies.
- Proactive problem solving.
