• Ensure the restaurant/Casino bar runs according to established operating procedures.
• Oversee the cost effective and efficient operation of the F&B Outlet.
• Work closely with outlet manager to meet revenue objectives.
• Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of all hardware, utensils and serving-ware.
• Maintain inventory control and order equipment and supplies within budget.
• Deliver high quality products and services to every guest.
• Address guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction.
• Conduct departmental training; test and correct any deviations from service procedures swiftly through on the job training.
• Schedule rosters and match manpower to business demands.
• Delegate duties and tasks fairly and equitably among the staff.
• Assist with staff hiring, coaching, motivating, counseling and evaluating.
• Conduct daily briefings and disseminate work related information to staff.
• Monitor staff’s attire & grooming according to company standards.
• Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards.
• Achieve highest standard through strict adherence to the hygiene and sanitation rules, responsible to the cleanliness of own outlet’s front of house and back of house working areas.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 2 to 3 year with F&B experience in a sizable and international hotel/casino.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to communicate in Cantonese & English to deal with guests and internal staff from international countries, knowledge of Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is an advantage.
- Knowledge of POS Software, Microsoft.
- Good leadership, management and supervisory abilities.
- Customer service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills, good salesmanship.
- Well-groomed, excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite.
- Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
- Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties.
- Must be able to multi-task.
