The Opportunity

You will be a part of a cohesive, supportive, business services compliance team. Your main responsibilities are working closely and providing admin supports to the Client Managers in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing daily support to the Client Managers of the firm
• Client liaison
• Liaising with the ATO, ASIC, banks and suppliers
• Providing other ad-hoc PA and admin duties
• Working collaboratively to support the other members of the PA and admin teams
  
  
  

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a professional services / Chartered Accounting environment.
• Can-do attitude and a proactive and adaptable approach to tasks
• Highly organised with an exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Have outstanding written and verbal English communication
• Willing to work Australian business hours (or as close as possible to these hours) - 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Highly proficient in the use of technology
• High attention to detail
