A. Ensure Teaching and Learning Quality
1. Develop and deliver teacher training programs for both current and newly-recruited teachers and teaching aids (TA) that promote the highest standards of teaching excellence and support the professional development of the teaching staff.
2. Regularly observe teachers’ classroom performance, offering constructive feedback and targeted academic support to enhance teaching quality and bolster student learning outcomes.
3. Monitor and support teachers in their day-to-day work, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to ensure student learning outcomes.
4. Analyze, identify, and address any (potential) issues effectively to maintaining a high standard of educational quality and experience.
5. Develop and oversee strategies to increase student retention, including robust academic monitoring and support systems for both teachers and learners.
6. Monitor and handle teachers' compliance issues, ensuring that teachers are following school policies, procedures, and curricula.

B. Optimize Resources
7. Oversee class schedules and ensure that classes are scheduled efficiently to optimize learning outcomes, teacher workload, and teaching cost.
8. Manage the budget for the team, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently. Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and identify potential cost savings opportunities.

C. Other tasks
9. Collaborate with the R&D Team to ensure that the curriculum is aligned with best practices and incorporates the latest developments in ELT research and pedagogy.
10. Engage in teacher recruiting process: interview, onboarding, probation evaluation.
11. Effectively collaborate with campuses and Student Affairs Department to ensure the highest quality and reputation of the school.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Master's degree in Education or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in academic leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of best practices and current trends in English language teaching.
• Experience in developing and delivering teacher training programs.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers and students.
• Experience in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared goals.
• Passion for education and a commitment to improving student outcomes.
• Clear business mindset & strong problem-solving abilities: Optimize resources, balance academic and operational goals, and proactively resolve academic challenges for sustainable educational success.
• Capability to work in evening and weekend shifts.
