Job Description
- New vendor sourcing: keep track of vendor info, credentials, rate card…
- Consolidate vendors’ quotations and perform comparison.
- Vendors assessment/ranking: to track how many rare cards are received from vendors and evaluate their performance overall.
- Adopt a selection process to ensure fair competition.
- Ensure the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to departments’ requirements.
- Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
- Checking the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy.
- Manage relationships with organizational stakeholders and external vendors for procurement.
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics / Business, and Foreign Trade.
- At least 02 years of experience in the procurement.
- A quick learner with good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Good at problem-solving and stakeholder management.
- Be open, flexible and enjoy fast-paced environment.
