To help LMSL VN reach and engage the Vietnamese people with more diversified and comprehensive solutions, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to build the marketing channels effectively.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Create a marketing strategy for new solutions and manage all launch activities,
marketing assets (brochures, videos, web pages, spec sheets, etc.).
- Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize software demand generation
outcomes to drive engagement and generate marketing qualified leads.
- Implement global content and collateral strategy for key partners.
- Keep track of key competitors and market dynamics to inform and drive updates
- Provide bi-weekly reports and accountability showing engagement and demand
- Product Development & Market Positioning
- Work with product teams to develop campaign strategy and content such as
communications, etc.

- Lead new feature development from concept through commercialization,
requirements and value proposition, presentations, and competitive analysis.
- Help identify product enhancement priorities based on market insights from
- Develop and present customer personas, use cases, minimum viable product
- Content Development & Collateral Creation
- Create content including white papers, case studies, blogs, research reports,
- Develop marketing collateral and sales tools like product brochures, datasheets,
array of other materials.
- Properly brief and provide direction to internal graphic designers on the
- Event Management
- Organize company events including event strategy, planning, budget
guest management, monitoring, evaluation, and team coordination.
- General Responsibilities

- Working knowledge of B2C, B2B, SaaS and Digital Marketing best practices and trends.
- Demonstrated results in launching new products, experience in developing product
- Strong background in content marketing programs and demand generation.
- Have familiarity with marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign
- Have familiarity with marketing technology tools such as CRM systems, marketing
- Have the ability to identify challenges and find creative solutions to marketing problems.
- Have knowledge about customer engagement strategy for engaging and retaining
- Have experience related to collaboration with the sales team to align marketing efforts
- A proven portfolio of product marketing content that demonstrates your positioning,
messaging, and writing capabilities across literature, web, and video asset types.
- A curiosity around personas, their challenges, behaviors, as well as data trends that
- Combination of strategic product marketing experiences and hands-on tactical
- Excellent english: written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, complemented
- The ability to digest technical product information into customer-facing value
- Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
- Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
- Experience with both early-stage products and established products.
- Exposure to working on marketing programs for global markets preferred.
- Experience in the EdTech industry – plus point.
