2. Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Content Manager/Media Leader. The Content Manager/Media Leader will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies, managing content creation, and overseeing social media platforms. The role involves leading the media team, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms.

3. Requirements:

• Collaborate with departments to plan and execute media and marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage a media team (videographers, designers, content creators), ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Build and grow social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, while engaging communities.
• Oversee content production and directly create high-quality, engaging materials tailored to various platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and propose improvements for better results.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure a positive brand image across all social media channels.
• Stay updated on social media trends and new tools to ensure innovative and competitive strategies.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or media roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Zalo) and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage and grow online communities and platforms.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or similar industries is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
