• Public Relations & Market Awareness
• Plays a key role in community events as assigned for photography requirements
• Regularly checks competitor hotel designs to understand market changes and trends
• Design & Branding
• Ensures thorough understanding of the Group’s and hotel’s design philosophy in line with Radisson Hotel Group’s brand standards
• Governance as “custodian of the brand” in all designs, ensuring hotel’s compliance with brand identity and graphic standards.
• Coordinates and designs all requirements for the production of all printed and online materials following the specifications stipulated in the Brand Guidelines.
• Creates and produces quality displays and signages in hotel public areas, ensuring brand compliances.
• Ensures correct usage of hotel logo on gift items as stipulated in Brand Guidelines.
• Social Media
• Coordinates with PR for the design production on the hotel’s social media and digital presence.
• Maintains and updates hotel’s website content to ensure brand standards and web audit goals are met.
• Ensures hotel information is updated regularly on the internet/intranet

• Keeps immediate Supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and the manager.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
• Maintain a favourable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment.
• At all times projects a favourable image of the Hotel to the public.
• Assist in the development of the Hotel business plan and ensure an overall understanding of its departmental goals and objectives.
• Attends work on time as scheduled.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an internationally branded 5-star hotel.
• Formal training in graphic design, competent in Apple Mac design programs.
• Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork.
• Good command of local language - written and spoken, English proficiency a plus.
• Able to perform all technical/procedural requirements of the job.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong time and self-management capacity. Well organized and capable of working quickly and handling many projects and job functions at once.
