1. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat
business.
Provide excellent level of professional expertise and customer focus to all acquisition, retention and
development Mice & Weeding clients which in turn maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
Conduct the Resort/Axi Tour and regular meetings with clients to update them on event progress and
address any concerns.
Implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining
strong relationships with existing clients.
2. Event Planning and Coordination:
Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of MICE and wedding events.
Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
Ensure all logistical aspects of events are efficiently managed.
3. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and Sales Admin associates.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth execution of events.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
4. On-site Event Management:
Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events
Ensure events run smoothly, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism on-site

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and management, focusing on MICE and weddings.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
