Assist in coordinating all aspects of banquet events, including but not limited to menu selection, room setup, and staffing requirements.
Ensure that all banquet events are executed according to the client's specifications and company standards.
Supervise banquet staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms, ensuring that they are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Assist in managing banquet budgets and expenses, aiming to optimize revenue and profitability.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in banquet operations or event management.
Candidates with experience working at wedding and banquet centers such as GEM Center, Adora, Capella, Riverside Palace, or similar high-end venues are strongly preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Solid understanding of food and beverage operations and current industry trends.
Excellent customer service mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Contribute to daily operations planning and long-term vision.
Allocate staff shifts effectively (Full-Time and Casual Labor).
