Join us in Hanoi-Vietnam as HVAC System Lead Engineer, you will be part of the Thermal R&D Center within Vehicle Development Division developing new EV platforms.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and releasing system architecture and system deliverables

Physical architecture: Thermal HVAC layout, Components sizing, Simulation

Functional architecture: Operating modes, Inter-systems

System design: Model Based System Engineering, SOR/ DFMEA/ DVP system

• In charge of the entire development cycle of the system matching with expectation of different stakeholders.
• In collaboration with different teams and functions to deliver the Integrated Thermal Management system & HVAC system meeting project requirements.
• Tasks can vary depending on business requirements.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree inElectronics, Electrical or Mechanical, Automotive Engineering.
• 5+ years Experience in the area of Automotive HVAC system (preferred xEV)
• Proven involvement in Automotive HVAC system development
• Strong expertise in Automotive HVAC system architecture & sizing
• Good knowledge about EV systems : Thermal management, HVAC & Climate control, Electric Drive System, High Voltage Battery, HV/LV components.
• Well familiar with Systems Engineering, ASPICE, V-cycle & automotive development process.
• Hands-on technical skills to make design documents : SOR/RFQ, Specbook, DVP, DFMEA system.
• Proficiency in Thermal/CFD simulation, good level of Catia/Team Center is a plus.
• Demonstrated agility in operating within matrixed organizations. Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication to perform successfully in multi-national relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
