1. Have all material specifications in accordance with product drawings requested by customers and approved by
management.

2. All raw materials must have certification & samples for IQC.

3. Raw materials must be set up on the ERP system according to required standards and updated when there is a
change in ECN.

4. Develop alternative raw material for original materials.

5. Lead on technical issues in resolving input material problems arising in the factory with the QA & PU
department.

6. Coordinate with relevant departments in evaluating input materials.

7. Resolve issues related to customer complaints about raw materials.

8. Support issues related to raw materials for planning, CS, purchasing, import-export departments, etc.

9. Other tasks at the request of the Head of Department
